Architectural Services
As President of WILDER ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING, P.C., as well as a licensed architect with over 33 years of professional experience, I have worked on a variety of projects. I graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo in 1989, and then moved to Colorado and worked with Denver and Boulder architectural firms on a variety of projects throughout the state.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work and build relationships with numerous contractors, engineers, realtors, and clients, many of whom have referred me to new clients and have been repeat clients themselves.
Because I believe in continuing professional development and community involvement, I am a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects), and the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce. I have also served on the Lafayette Planning Commission, Lafayette Historic Preservation Board, and as a liaison to the Lafayette Open Space Advisory Committee. As a RE/MAX NEXUS agent, I am also a member of the NOCO HBA (Northern Colorado Home Builders Association, and QSC (Quality Service Certified).
