This project had an addition to the rear of the house, adjacent to the existing Dining Room so that the clients could have a large Kitchen and breakfast nook. The existing tiny kitchen was reworked into a Mud Room. We also added a new gable roof over the entry to avoid existing drainage & water damage issues. Here are some before and after photos.
