This project is located in the University Park area of Denver, CO.
The client (Domani Homes) wanted to re-use the floor plans that we designed for the A&B units, keeping the same rooflines. So that they didn’t look like two identical buildings side-by-side, we changed up the exterior style and added a stone fireplace to the front of this structure.
