This project in Northern Colorado, has a combination of functions, as well as, the concern of keeping within the context of the historic neighborhood. The existing garage needed to be replaced, and the clients wanted a new structure that looked as if it had always been there, yet not only served the purpose of a garage, but provided a greenhouse space and art studio, as well. The client also requested that the project include an outdoor patio and garden area to be enjoyed from both the house and the new structure.
